Fiberglass reinforced panel (FRP)
Construction characteristics
1 Fibreglass reinforced plastics is made by VENUS reciprocator system imported from U.S.A . The premium materials are used, such as gun roving of OWENS CORING and high quality unsturated polyester resin.
2 The color gelcoat used on the surface is of iso-phtalic-NPG based resin, FDA approved. It makes the surface of panels smoother, brighter, and easier to clean..
3 The maximum dimension of FRP is 9.5 meters long, 3 meters wide,and we can also produce according to customers requirements.
Performance
1 Physical Performance: Because FRP sheets use high quality imported materials and made machanically by short-cut sprayer, high tensile strength is achieved, up to 100Mpa. No delaminating and peeling off occure even after long term using, which often happen on the hand-made FRP sheets.
2 Insulation Performance: The heat conductivity of FRP sheet is about 0.2W/M.K. The property of insulation is better than steel and aluminum sheets
3 Surface Performance: The surface of FRP sheet has a layer premium gelcoat which gives the panels better chemical stabilization to air, water and normal medium such as acid, alkali and salt. It is the gelcoat that makes panels have good gloss retention, and can keep smooth appearance after long time using, non-fading, corrosion resistance, anti-UV, anti-aging, which gives it the priority to make colorful advertisement.
4 Maintainability: Panels are easier to repair, no evident mark left, which the
steel and aluminum panel can hardly compare with.
